About Success Schools
Success Schools partners with school districts, public agencies, and community organizations to develop high-quality academic and behavioral interventions for underachieving youth. These cost-effective interventions are designed to transform underperforming and/or persistently dangerous schools or programs into high-functioning, healthy learning environments in which students can thrive.
The decades of experience of our team of seasoned professionals allows us the know-how and flexibility to customize our services to meet the exact needs of districts or agencies. We have three primary service areas:
Whole-School/Program Operations: Success Schools' leadership team has a proven track record of creating, staffing, and managing whole-school operations. These comprehensive programs are specifically targeted for students with a history of disciplinary issues, ranging from truancy to violence. In partnership with the district we're serving, our team implements effective school-based interventions that reenergize and reengage students who, for a variety of reasons, have not succeeded in the traditional classroom.
Program Management/Consulting Services: Success Schools' leadership team also provides experienced management services designed to assist our clients with the development and implementation of Alternative Education Services within schools. Building on established relationships we have in several states and many school districts nationwide, we provide consultation on campus design, facility layout, community support, staffing, behavioral management programming, and therapeutic interventions.
Professional Development & Training Services: Success Schools offers a range of professional development services based on the individual needs of the district or school. We offer training in group dynamics, transformation of school environment, creating a positive learning culture, policy development, and proposal creation, just to name a few areas of expertise. These services are designed to support and improve the effectiveness of the existing staff and programs.
Who We Are
Our programs focus on academic, behavioral, and vocational skills development and can include instructional and program enhancements such as multisession days and accelerated computer-based learning. Paying constant attention to individual student transitional needs and plans, Success Schools offers an array of evidence-based, outcomes-driven services that are affordably and effectively delivered in intentionally created safe, secure environments. As children learn to behave and perform at their greatest level of potential, we help return them to the public school system every day.
